As part of a delivery team including Sila Projects & Consulting, Siren Design and Hunter Mason, Evolved Engineering were engaged to provide the Building Services Design and Construction services for the office relocation and fit out of all services on behalf of WooliesX. The project consisted of 4,000 m² across a total of 5 floors located in Surry Hills.

The building was partially refurbished by the building owner and the WooliesX project took over the refurbishment and provided an integrated solution. The project including fully refurbished ductwork and diffusion across the floors as well as new lighting and controls. As the WooliesX business focuses on the Woolies digital platforms the Data and Communications services needed particular detail and had to provide a robust network to ensure their business continuity.
