As part of a delivery team including Futurespace and Schiavello Construction we were commissioned to provide Design, documentation and Construction Administration services to the RBA for their new pilot floor for their future workplace. The project included a total of 1,200m² of new office space. The space provided a reduced number of cellular offices and an increase in open plan working with team collaboration and meeting spaces throughout the floor which were both open and enclosed.

Included in the refurbishment was the removal of perimeter based induction air conditioning with in ceiling chilled water fan coil units, new swirl diffusion across the floor, the replacement of fluorescent troffer lighting with new flat panel LED technology and the introduction of a new BACNET based BMCS that is ready for future expansion.

Following the delivery of L6, Evolved were engaged to provide the services design for L13 with Tonkin Zulaikha Greer as the lead designer. Given our experience from Level 6, we were able to enhance the outcomes further for L13 and expand upon the services provided on the pilot floor.

Evolved Engineering have also had an ongoing role with the RBA to review and propose solutions their base building essential smoke control systems.
