As part of a delivery team including Schiavello Construction and V-Arc we were commissioned by the building owner to carry out a building refurbishment of this 1960’s building. The main target for the works was to bring down the running costs and achieve the best environmental outcome possible within the budget.

The project included a full replacement of the central air conditioning system to a VRF system, upgrade of the lighting to new efficient T5 fittings and a full upgrade of the smoke detection system to bring the building up to code. The works have resulted in significant energy savings reducing the air conditioning power consumption by 30% and at the same time improving the internal conditions for the tenants through better controls.
