Evolved Engineering have followed on from their early works engagement to provide the Mechanical and Electrical services design documentation and construction administration for the Stage 5 Dee Why RSL Upgrade.

The project incorporates the addition of a new entertainment level to the club, including multiple restaurants, bars and amenities.

A 6 level carpark, with 4 levels to be underground has been designed to greatly increase the traffic capacity of the club. A combination of mechanical and natural ventilation systems has been designed as to ensure building code requirements are met, while maintain the architectural design integrity and a realistic budget.

A substation upgrade, including the coordination of new high-voltage feeds to the site has been necessary as part of the expansion and been included with Evolved’s scope of works.
