As part of a design team including Ecoliv Sustainable Buildings we were commissioned to design the internal and external lighting for the new build of this ecofriendly house on the NSW South Coast. Constructed to meet the highest Bush Fire Assessment level BAL FZ – (Flame Zone) this home is protected from the threat of bushfire without compromising aesthetics and respecting its natural surrounds. Designed around a central courtyard, this three-bedroom home boasts all that is required for relaxed coastal living and opening the house to nature.
