As part of a delivery team including CBRE Project Management, Hot Black and MPA we were commissioned by Sydney Cricket Ground Trust to provide Design, Documentation and Construction services for the relocation of the Stadium Clinic, PRP Imaging Clinic and Sydney FC located at Moore Park. As part of the Sydney Football Stadium upgrade the SCGT headquarters building was demolished and the tenants relocated into new spaces. The three tenancies were relocated into the Byron Kennedy heritage dance hall located within the Entertainment Quarter. The existing hall was fully refurbished with services including all new air conditioning, lighting, power infrastructure and communications systems, designed to support the consult rooms, treatment rooms, Imaging equipment and a commercial office space. To protect the Heritage space all the works needed to be self supporting and not fixed in any way to the structure of the building, allowing for future removal and the hall being maintained 100% in its current state.
